BUNBURY Medical Services are looking forward to expanding their practice as they reach their first birthday.
Dr Bu O’Brien took over the practice from founder Dr Manea with Dr Ian Gordon in January this year.
Dr O’Brien moved with her husband and family from the United King-dom in 2008 to join Dr Manea’s practice.
"We wanted a better quality of life for our family and are delighted to have found that in Bunbury," Mr O’Brien said.
In 2011 the practice was granted re-accreditation by GPA Accredita-tion which showed a commitment to patient care and quality systems.
"This practice is clearly care driven, providing friendly and affordable healthcare," Mr O’Brien said
Bunbury Medical Serv-ices has continued to further develop their support and nursing services and now operate a mixed billing system with the many appointment types continuing to be bulk billed.
"People are happy to pay a fair price for good service, and the practice continues to bulk bill for those who need it," Mr O’Brien said.
Dr Gordon retired in September and the practice will see a full team with Dr Kelly and Dr Singh in the new year.
The clinic will offer minor surgeries, skin checks and occupational health services from January.
