Online wardrobe

A PASSION for fashion has allowed 22-year-old Aimee Butler to create her own clothing website.

Cherry and Coops is her online brainchild which aims to provide affordable clothing for young women.

“I have always liked fashion but I never wanted to spend $80 on a dress,” she said.

Ms Butler has aimed to keep everything on her site around the $50 mark.

While the website went live in October Ms Butler has organised an official launch with a fashion parade on February 11.

“It will be a free event, with all stock for sale and prizes too,” she said.

The parade starts at 12.30pm and will be held at the Bunbury New Lyric Theatre.

Ms Butler said the idea of the name for the website came from her love of Japanese cherry blossoms and her dog Cooper.

Cherry and Coops offers a range of brands and Ms Butler hopes in the future to be able to sell her own designs as well.

Ms Butler has plans to expand her website to across the country, overseas and eventually into a shop front.a
