Arson squad investigate $150,000 Capel fire

THE police arson squad are investigating a fire in Capel which caused about $150,000 damage to a business overnight.

The Fire and Emergency Services Authority and police were called to a blaze at Country Style Garden Centre on Forrest Road in Capel.

The fire was battled by the Bunbury Fire and Rescue Service, Busselton Volunteer Fire and Rescue Service and the Capel Bush Fire Brigade.

The shed contained furniture and two cars.

Fire crews got the fire under control by about 12.30am.

A police media spokeswoman said the arson squad have been at the scene since 9am this morning.
