Audrey II, a 3 metre tall plant that required five puppeteers and a voice artist to bring it to life takes charge in the Bunbury Musical Comedy Group’s production of Little Shop of Horrors.
The play tells the story of a nerdy unlucky in love florist Seymour Krelbourn, who stumbles across a strange looking fly-trap that suddenly gives his run down flower shop on Skid Row some celebrity status.
This stage adaptation of the cult-movie and Broadway musical features the hits like Downtown (On Skid Row), Suddenly Seymour, Somewhere That’s Green and You’ll Be A Dentist, performed by some of Bunbury’s best theatrical talent.
Little Shop of Horrors premieres this Saturday and runs until November 14.
