Second Grade
Eaton easily accounted for South Bunbury to the tune of 122 runs with Steve Barron the star claiming all eight South wickets to fall to finish with 8/18 and restrict South Bunbury to 57.
Earlier Matt Buchanan made a hard hitting 57 and Mick Dornauf made 37 late runs to get Eaton to 179 all out.
Mark Butler claimed 4/26 whilst Richard Ewing also finished with 3/33.
Bunbury defeated Collie by six wickets with Nathan Blakely claiming 3/25 to restrict Collie to 153 with Jason Chappell top scoring with 45.
Leigh Kohlmann and Luke Mosele made 43 and 36 respectively as Bunbury passed the total comfortably.
In a high scoring affair Marist defeated Harvey-Benger by 98 runs.
Stuart Ryan (92), Jeff Wooten (79) and Darren Buck (60) each made half centuries as Marist amassed an imposing 8/317.
Darren Bozanich (80) and Jono Green (61) also made half centuries however with Jeff Wooten taking 4/13, Harvey-Benger were restricted to 8/219.
Third Grade
In the annual Australia Day Match at Burekup the home team proved too strong for Colts.
Eric Lever (37), Geoff Gibbs (36) and Gerard Robertson (36) led Burekup to 217.
Wayne Davis claimed 3/15 to be the best of the Colts bowlers.
In reply, Colts could only manage 136 with Davis top scoring with 25.
Bunbury easily accounted for South Bunbury Maroon by seven wickets as Ian Wilkins’62 allowed them to easily overhaul the 131 set for victory.
Capel completed a 10 wicket victory over Eaton with Steve Gomm claiming 4/31 to dismiss Eaton for 82.
Stuart Gerryn (48) and Craig Dunlop (34) passed the total without losing their wickets.
Dalyellup, led by Corey Fagan who made 54, batted their overs to end up on 9/163 however this was not enough as Dardanup passed their total with four wickets in hand.
George Honman claimed four wickets for the Settlers.
Marist also had a comfortable win over South Bunbury Gold after they made 204 thanks to Darren Jeffries who made 55.
They dismissed Gold for 91 with Julian Bradbury claiming 4/16.
Leschenault Green defeated Leachenault White by 11 runs in a high scoring affair.
Fourth Grade
Richard Savage returned for Dardanup and immediately had an impact in making 100 and then claiming two wickets, however it was not enough for his team to overcome Burekup.
Burekup made 8/236 with Kallan Hutchinson making 68 and Graeme Gardiner 45 not out.
In reply Dardanup managed 9/227 thanks to Savage and Keith Patterson who made 37.
Hutchinson backed up his batting with 3/23.
Collie scored a comfortable 98 run victory over Eaton with Rob Richards making 48 and Matt Tamm claiming 3/34 for Eaton.
Dalyellup had a tight 14 run win over South Bunbury after making 8/144 led by Fred Adlam (41) and Fritz Schoultz (26).
South Bunbury managed 130 in reply with Mick Caddy making 35 and Steve Bartlett 30 not out.
Schoultz also claimed 3/10 to be the best of the Settlers bowlers.
Chris Couanon (74no), Ronald Piggott (72) and Cory Letts (50) guided Brunswick-Roelands to 6/240 in their match against Colts.
Colts fell 14 runs short in reply with Barry Maroney top scoring with 46 and Dylan Maxwell claiming 3/29.
