TWO women that Bunbury police had their eye on were arrested for separate armed robberies in the city last week.
A 28-year-old Bunbury woman was arrested after allegedly threatening staff with a broken coat hanger and demanded cash from the till.
The shop attendant ran out the back of the store and called police.
Police said the 28-year-old woman left the store with two bags full of clothes and placed them into a shopping trolley.
Police arrested the woman outside the store.
The woman was charged with aggravated robbery and attempted armed robbery and has been remanded in custody.
The second robbery took place at the Parks Centre’s Subway when a 37-year-old Perth woman threatened staff and demanded cash.
Police alleged the woman said there was a person outside with a gun.
The woman was recognised by the store’s CCTV footage and from a liquor store she was at early that day.
The woman was arrested in Perth and was remanded in custody until her court hearing next Wednesday.
Police believe the woman has links in Bunbury and was staying at a local caravan park.
