POLICE are unsure what caused a Toyota Landcruiser to plow into a Dalyellup home on Monday afternoon.
The driver was turning left into Folly Way when the car crashed into the home on the corner of Murtin Road and Milesi Bend about 3pm.
The Landcruiser came to a stop in between the garage and front loungeroom.
Police said the driver was taken to Bunbury Regional Hospital with a suspected concussion.
A young mother and her son who rent the home were in the back lounge room at the time of the crash.
The woman said she was watching TV in the back lounge room when she “thought it was an earthquake.”
She said she was “very lucky” and could not believe what happened.
The family said they would stay with family in Bunbury.
Police will continue investigations into the cause of the crash.
