A REPEAT offender who has been arrested for the third time this year faced more than 70 charges at the Bunbury Magistrates Court yesterday.
Thirty-four-year-old Matthew Mounier was arrested on Monday at the Koombana Beach car park.
Police seized his vehicle and a lawnmower they believed was stolen from Marlston Hill earlier that day.
Police believe Mr Mounier gained entry to more than 20 building sites in Bunbury during September and October.
They believe he stole and sold more than $40,000 of goods which included steel and two boats.
In total he was charged with 25 counts of stealing, 21 counts of trespass, 23 counts of fraud, one attempted fraud and driving an unregistered vehicle.
