BUNBURY will be promoted with a sense of style following the launch of an exciting new blog.
Created by three Bunbury business women, Stylo.net.au has been launched in search of all the unique and amazing fashion, food and events the city has to offer.
Cafe 140 owner Kristy Garbelini approached Jolt Footwear owner Jo O’Dea about the idea of starting a blog last year.
Since then Bunbury woman Jo Clarke has also jumped on board to add a fashionable touch.
Mrs Garbelini said the blog’s aim was to promote Bunbury as a great place to visit.
“We want to show that you can find amazing shopping in Bunbury, you can live in a beautiful area, have a beautiful home and go to some great cafes,” Mrs Garbelini said.
Over the next 12 months the trio plan to cover blogs on food, fashion, arts and new exciting ventures that open in the city.
Jo O’Dea said she wanted to show Bunbury’s point of difference.
“We want to promote that it is a great place to visit and there are new things happening all the time,” Mrs O’Dea said.
The name Stylo originated from incorporating the iconic Bunbury buildings the Silos and the word style, which is the essence of the blog.
Bunbury residents are encouraged to hashtag stylo (#stylo) when they are promoting Bunbury events, fashion or dining for a chance to be featured on the blog.
