Last week we were faced with a dilemma when my 15 year old son decided to take the back off his watch as he thought it would be a simple job to replace the battery.
Unfortunately it was quite complicated and he soon realised he would need some professional help.
Later that day we happened to be near Smales Jewellers in Bunbury so my son went in, on his own, with the watch in pieces and asked for help to get it back together, expecting to pay for this of course.
The lady that served him was very friendly and helpful. She took it to Mr Smales himself.
Mr Smales spent a good amount of time working to put it back together for my son.
When my son asked how much he owed Mr Smales, he was told there would be no charge and he was happy to help.
What outstanding customer service.
For a 15 year old boy to be treated so well by the staff and owner of the business is commendable.
It made such an impression on my son and our family.
