AN armed crime-spree through the streets of Bunbury and Eaton ended in a rollover on the Australind Bypass on Saturday afternoon.
The occupants of the vehicle, two men, were taken into custody by police following the crash.
The pair are believed to have committed three armed hold-ups.
The first incident saw an elderly woman threatened by a man with a firearm at an ATM at the Parks Centre at around 12.45pm.
An 81-year-old woman was threatened by a man believed to be armed with a firearm in the second incident which occurred at an ATM outside a carpet store on Sandridge Road in Bunbury at around 1pm.
The third incident was an armed robbery at at the Cellarbrations Liquor Store on Pratt Road in Eaton at around 1.25pm.
It is believed a man left the area in a vehicle with an amount of cash following the incident.
A short time later, police on the way to the armed robbery saw the offending vehicle travelling in the opposite direction along the Australind Bypass.
The car was then seen to crash, coming to rest on its roof.
Police arrived at the scene and took two men in custody. No injuries were received by the men.
Police believe all three armed hold-ups are connected and the men are are currently assisting police with their inquiries into these incidents.
