WorkSafe is investigating the death of a male worker at a business in Jandakot on Saturday.
The man died after being caught in a robotic palette loader at Richgro Garden Products.
A WorkSafe WA spokesperson was unable to provide the age of the man or any further details about him.
WorkSafe WA commissioner Lex McCulloch said any work-related death was a tragedy and relayed his condolences to the man's family.
