Coach Geoff Toovey insists there's "no drama" at Manly.
Toovey dead-batted suggestions there was a rift within the club, after Kieran Foran made comments on Thursday saying there were "issues" engulfing the competition front-runners.
Ahead of his team's trip to New Zealand to play the Warriors on Sunday, Toovey said six times he would not speak about player contract negotiations, and that his sole focus was on football.
"There's no dramas here, it's been dealt with, everything's been said about those things and we're moving forward and looking forward to taking on the Warriors," Toovey said. "There's issues at every club, again as I said, we're here to play football. Those issues have been dealt with for the last few months and years gone past and they'll continue to be dealt with.
"I don't talk about individual contracts, I don't know how many times I have to say it."
It is understood discussions with Anthony Watmough have begun, while Steve Matai has been told he will not be able to join the Warriors next season. Manly now want to extend Matai's contract, which ends next year.
Toovey said he has seen no signs of player friction.
"I think Steve's been playing exceptional football and he will remain playing exceptional football," Toovey said. "And Daly will be here next year and he's playing great football as well and I would imagine as a professional he'll continue to play good football next year.
"These things have been going on for quite a while, so every year they happen. We've got a very resilient team and we'll continue to play well."
Manly captain Jamie Lyon was also cautious with his words, but conceded he felt sorry for Matai, who may not be granted a release to play across the ditch next year.
"I'm 50/50 with Steve, he's such a great mate as well and such a very good player and I'd love to see him stay from a selfish point of view, but I can see where he's coming from as well," Lyon said. "He's getting a little bit older and I'm just going off rumours. It looked like he got a good opportunity over there, but I'll sit on the fence with that one."
Lyon said the dramas of the past week would not affect the team culture built through years of hard work, but conceded there were a few upset players.
"Nothing's really changed. I don't think it's really interfering with our football, the culture is still good and everyone gets on well," Lyon said. "We still take the mickey out of each other and still have jokes here and there. Nothing has changed on the culture side.
"There might have been a couple of boys who got a little bit angry, but you know, not everyone's going to be happy in every work place. I don't think there's an issue. Everyone's starting to move on now and hopefully you guys can write about some other team for a little while."
