A man accused of stealing from the Capel IGA and Celebrations Liquor Capel has pleaded not guilty to four charges in the Bunbury Magistrates Court.
A MAN accused of stealing from the Capel IGA and Celebrations Liquor Capel has pleaded not guilty to four charges in the Bunbury Magistrates Court.
Warren Keith Matthews and a co-accused were charged with two counts of aggravated burglary and two related counts of stealing.
Police allege $20,000 worth of cigarettes were stolen at the IGA store on March 21 while $2000 worth of cigarettes and alcohol were stolen from the Celebrations Liquor store on March 30.
The case will proceed to trial in the Bunbury District Court on November 5.
