A man has been taken to Royal Perth Hospital with burns to his face and hands after a fire in Wandi on Friday morning.
Department of Fire and Emergency Services were called to Rowley Road about 10.48am with a report of a structure fire.
However when they arrived they discovered the fire was a burn-off that had become out-of-control.
DFES crews extinguished the fire at 11.44am, and one man is on his way to Royal Perth Hospital with burns to his hands and his face.
It is believe the man was pouring an accelerant on the fire when he sustained his burns.
