THE newly-expanded Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre is continuing its journey Out of the Box and Into the Cube with another impressive line-up scheduled for October 4.
It will be a huge night of WA live music in The Cube with sets by indie rock act Tired Lion and psychadelic dream poppers Silver Hills.
Tired Lion recently toured with the likes of Kingswood and The 1975, and Silver Hills are coming off the back of a tour for their newly released EP Plasticine Daydream.
Local musos The Jack Resta Trio will also take to the stage alongside the incredible aerial performers from Polercise WA.
There will also be a DJ providing tunes in the Sky Bar all night long.
Out of the Box + Into the Cube is growing into a really trendy, regular event for a younger crowd looking for an awesome night out.
- Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre general manager Joel McGuiness
Bianco’s Gourmet Pizza Cafe will serve up its delicious pizza to buy on the night, and the bar will serve a wide selection of drinks including the now-famous Sky Bar jam-jar cocktails.
In between sets punters can chill out in our Sky Bar Forest, play some retro arcade games or challenge their mates to some ping pong.
Out of the Box + Into the Cube is the centre’s newest program for younger people.
The program aims to put the centre back on the map for gen X and Y, providing an alternative night out with unique performances and a fun, social environment.
“Out of the Box + Into the Cube is growing into a really trendy, regular event for a younger crowd looking for an awesome night out,” general manager Joel McGuinness said.
“The program is evolving and we’re super excited about this latest installation of WA live music in our new theatre.”
