Major Crash investigators are seeking the public's assistance with their investigation into a fatal crash in Medina on Saturday morning.
At about 11:05am, a silver Holden Commodore sedan was travelling on Abercrombie Road, near the intersection of Thomas Road, when it left the road and collided with a pole.
A 72 year old female driver received serious injuries and was taken to Royal Perth Hospital, but has since passed away.
Police would like to speak to anyone who saw the crash or the silver Holden Commodore prior to the crash.
