10:45pm: Congratulations to Jesse Gribble from the Bunbury Bulldogs who is the winner of the 2014 Hayward Medal.
Gribble finished on 27 votes ahead of South Bunbury's Brett Robinson on 25 while Eaton team mates Chris Attahowe and Josh Bowe finished equal third on 21.
Gribble led from the start and was the sole leader at the halfway point of the count but was dead even with Robinson and Attahowe with just three rounds to go.
However, two best on ground performances in the last three rounds secured the win for Bunbury midfielder Gribble.
This is the second Hayward Medal for Gribble after he also triumphed in the 2010 count. He becomes the 10th dual winner of the award.

Interestingly all of Robinson's votes have come in best-on-ground performances. He has so far picked up three votes in seven games up until this point. If he keeps this form up then it looks like Bunbury Mail football writer Justin Rake's pre-count prediction could come true

Lawler wasn't to be denied in another category as the Carey Park youngster took out the Rising Star of the Year award.

Looks delicious - now to find out which player will be taking home his just desserts with the Hayward Medal. Will it be Jesse Gribble, Chris Attahowe or Brett Robinson? Or someone else? Tell us who you think will win in our poll below.
9:20pm: Halfway through the count and Bunbury Mail football writer Justin Rake is sticking with his prediction of Brett Robinson to win the Hayward Medal.
Robinson is currently on nine votes, seven behind the leader Jesse Gribble, so he'll need to power home from here to win but Justin thinks he can do it.
He believes current leaders Gribble and Chris Atthowe are every chance to win from here while Jordan Adamson-Holmes and Travis Obal are the surprise packets so far.
Here's a photo of the players socialising at the halfway point of the Hayward Medal.

6pm: Welcome to the Bunbury Mail's live coverage of the 2014 South West Football League Hayward Medal from the Lighthouse Beach Resort.
The medal recognises the best league player throughout the season and there are a number of players in contention.
Donnybrook big man Jeff Smith ran away with his second medal last year but this time around it is sure to be a tight affair.
Tonight, Justin thinks South Bunbury's Brett Robinson will take home the title while I think Bunbury Bulldog Aidan Parker deserves to be favourite.
Both of us have Busselton's Dan McGinlay picked out as a smokey.
