VAMPIRES, fairies, werewolves and avid readers gathered at Bunbury Library on Thursday October 16 for the launch of Bloody Fairies, the first book in the Shadow fantasy series by Donnybrook author Nina Smith.
Musician David Rastrick entertained the audience with live music before Ms Smith spoke about the world of Shadow and read an excerpt from Bloody Fairies.
The evening rounded off with food, fake blood, glitter and fun.
Bloody Fairies can be purchased on Amazon as a kindle ebook or in paperback format.
