BEACH VOLLEYBALL: The 2014-15 beach volleyball season kicks off in November and promises to be bigger and better than ever.
On Monday nights, the Bunbury Volleyball Association conducts the school competition where students hit the courts early in a fun filled format.
This is followed by the LGM Industries two-a-side competition with Bunbury’s leading players battling it out in the traditional Olympic format of the game.
On Tuesday evenings, you can join in the four-a-side competition – a mixed tournament that blends plenty of fun with a competitive edge which is perfect for players wanting to take their game to the next level.
The South West Personnel Corporate Cup is played on a Wednesday night.
The jewel in the volleyball crown, this competition features a beach buzzing carnival atmosphere with 13 courts and nearly 300 players.
The season will reach its pinnacle on the weekend of January 17 and 18 when Bunbury hosted the state beach volleyball series.
