BUSSELTON: While the air was warm, the wind made the annual Busselton Jetty Swim another challenging event.

BUNBURY: One man was airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital after a log truck and line-marking truck collided on the Old Coast Road near Binningup.

MERREDIN: A father and son from Kalgoorlie were incinerated when their Holden Commodore turned into a fireball after a crash at a Kellerberrin level crossing.

MANDURAH: While My Kitchen Rules contestant and former Mandurah girl Chloe James was being portrayed as a villain on the hit television show, family members hit back saying they only knew the girl as ‘gorgeous’.

MARGARET RIVER: Australian Governor General Quentin Bryce was given a tour of Busselton and Margaret River during a visit to the South West.

COLLIE: A Collie Mail reporter captured a video of the moment police arrested a man who had robbed two banks in town.

BUNBURY: A 25-day-old baby died at Bunbury Regional Hospital after his teenage father allegedly bashed him during a visit to the maternity ward.

BUSSELTON: A big crowd of onlookers made the trip to Meelup Beach to see a large elephant seal which took some time out on the sand.
