Four people, one of them a child, were injured when a stolen van and three other vehicles crashed in Beckenham on Saturday morning.
The crash happened on the corner of Albany Highway and William Street just after 6.30am.
Police say a woman received a possible neck injury and was taken to Royal Perth Hospital.
A child with an injured arm was taken to Princess Margaret Hospital and two other people received minor injuries.
The driver of the stolen van was not hurt.
The Beckenham crash was the second collision involving the stolen van on Saturday morning.
Earlier police were called to the corner of Davilak Crescent and Ley Street in Como where the van had struck a street light. It was driven off before officers arrived.
