A NUMBER of exciting Christmas events were held around Western Australia in December.

MANDURAH: More than 300 expertly decorated Christmas trees at a Meadow Springs home make up one of Mandurah’s most beautiful festive lights displays.
WAGIN: Residents filled the main street with lots of entertainment and food on offer at the annual Christmas Carnival.
MERREDIN: The children at the local playgroup were excited to have a visit from Santa at their annual Christmas party.

MANDURAH: Thousands of people flocked to the foreshore in early December to enjoy the fun of the Christmas pageant.
MARGARET RIVER: The Spirit of Christmas Fair in Margaret River was a fun filled day featuring local gourmet produce, arts and craft and a bouncy castle.
BUSSELTON: Santa came in like a wrecking ball before drinking a beer and eating some pizza. These are just a couple of the scenarios to play out on the front lawn of a Busselton family's house in the lead up to Christmas this year.
