A Gosnells man who was arrested on Saturday morning has been charged over a string of building-site burglaries.
Police say officers went to Southern River just after 7 am following reports that there had been a series of thefts from houses being built on Southern River Road.
They stopped a vehicle in the area and found two oven hot plates, two hot water systems, a sink and a basin.
The 34-year-old man driving the vehicle was charged with 12 counts of burglary and theft.
