JUNIOR RUGBY: In the last home game of the season for the City of Bunbury Bulls, the under 6s and under 7s from all three clubs combined in their final fixture of the year.
Some excellent rugby was on display and the players showcased the skills they have learned throughout the season.
The under 9s hosted Mandurah Pirates in a tough, well-contested game.
Unfortunately Man-durah edged the win with their strong forwards.
Once again, the under 11s played both Busselton Jets and Barbarians.
The Jets came out firing on all cylinders putting the Bulls on the back foot from the kick-off.
Good ball retention by the Jets forwards gave their backs the possession and space they required to put points on the board.
Wounded by the loss to the Jets, the Bulls raised their game for the match against the Barbarians and with some long-ranging, individual runs were able to secure the victory.
The last game of the season is at Busselton next week and will host Nedlands under 9s, under 11s and under 12s.
