THE class of 2015 has started their Leavers week in Dunsborough with an entertaining first night at the zone.
More than 7000 students chanted and cheered their way through the gates to enjoy the activities on offer.
DJs got the students dancing while a number of carnival rides put their nerves to the test.
WA Police Leavers project manager Clint Browning said he wished to offer his congratulations to this year's Leavers on their achievements.
"South West police are committed to helping the students celebrate the end of their high school education in a safe environment," he said.
"They are great kids and I'm sure they will have a lot of fun this week."
Along with the zone each night, Leavers will also have the chance to enjoy the Don’t Drink & Drown Meelup Beach Day on Wednesday.
Leavers continues in Dunsborough until Thursday night.
