THE summer months have raced by and now Bunbury is getting it’s first taste of winter and it’s lining up to be a wet one.
In April this year the hottest day fell on April 3 with 28.5 degree high with the month averaging out at 23.1 degrees.
The coldest night came on April 30 at six degrees with the month’s night temperature averaging 13.2 degrees.
The rain came down in April too with the city seeing 98.6 millimeters over the month.
This wet precursor to winter tripled the normal average but did not quite breaking the 113 mm record set in 2008.
The forecast for Bunbury this week will be partly cloudy with showers for most of the week and temperatures not getting above 21.
This Saturday will be 19 with a possible shower, looking good for Groovin The Moo ticket holders.
