Round six of the South West Football League saw the teams pushing themselves forward as premiership contenders continue to triumph when it counts.
South Bunbury showed the weather wasn’t enough to break their unbeaten streak downing Carey Park by 35 points.
The Tigers were stronger early kicking two goals to one in the first quarter. But a single goal in the second quarter to the Panthers trimmed the margin to four points at the half.
The margin stretched to 10 at the final change before the Tiger Guy Piggott nailed thee goals in the last term to see South Bunbury win 9.8.62 to 4.3.27.
HBL proved too strong for Busselton on Saturday night.

Collie continued their push towards the top five with a big win over the Eaton Boomers.
The Eagles lead by four goals at half time and then piled on eight unanswered goals in the second half, keeping the Boomers to just three goals for the day.
Five goals to Jayce Fontana led Collie to their 14.14.98 to 3.4.22 triumph.
Donnybrook recovered from a slow start to edge past Harvey infront of a passionate home crowd.
The Bulls got away to a flyer kicking 3.4 to a point in the first term.
The Dons, who welcomed back a number of last week’s missing stars, brought themselves into the contest to trail by 14 points at half time.
The margin stood at 13 heading into the final quarter where Donnybrook kicked four goals to one to win 8.9.57 to 7.7.49.
To finish the round, Bunbury continued to show they are a side on the up with a tough away win over Augusta-Margaret River.
The Bulldogs looked comfortable at half time with a 25 point lead but the Hawks rallied in the third courtesy of three goals to Jack Hill.
Two late goals saw Bunbury wrestle back control with the scoreboard reading 12.8.80 to 9.6.60 at the final siren.
