‘Spin Out’ is vying for the CinefestOZ film prize and cast member Eddie Baroo is not only walking the red carpet but working with the schools Cinesnaps program.
Baroo is no stranger to the festival having been here in 2014 and this year he will conduct several schools incursions in Bunbury.
Bunbury Repertory Club's youth class, BRC Theatrix, the first to welcome Australian actor Eddie Baroo to their theatre on Monday evening to present a workshop.
The affable Baroo entertained the class regaling stories of his acting experiences including film antics with Hugh Jackman in 'Australia' and his travels to South Africa, India and around Australia filming a number of movies and TV shows.
The class enjoyed playing around with characters, doing a short script, as well as performing their opening number of 'Pirates of Penzance Jr'.
CinefestOZ kicks off Wednesday, August 24 and runs to Sunday, August 28.
Spin Out is screening at the Grand Cinemas in Bunbury Saturday, August 27 at 6pm.
