Milligan Community Learning and Resource Centre gives people of Bunbury and surrounds the chance to learn something new and “step outside their comfort zone”.
They offer a range of support groups and courses that help build knowledge, skills and confidence, contributing to education, employment and self-development and generally helping people live healthy and fulfilling lives.
Programs include Beyond Gambling, Nixi (teen and young mums group), Playgroup, Dr Who Fan Group and South West Street Kings soccer team.
Groups include Al-Anon, Book Club, Gamblers Anon, Neurological Support, Overeaters Anon, Parkinson’s Support and Widows and Widowers.
A wide range of enriching technology, creative, language, health and wellbeing lifestyle and kids’ programs are also on offer.
Have you ever wanted to learn to play the ukelele? Planning to travel and want to learn some of the local language before you leave? Perhaps you would like to try your hand at creative writing or cooking?
All of these options and more are available in Term 1, with classes starting soon.
