Police are hunting for a group of ram raiders who crashed their way into two businesses south of Perth overnight.
Fremantle Detectives are investigating the two raids which occurred in the early hours of Saturday morning.
At around 3:50am the offenders used a vehicle to smash into a coffee shop on Paget Street in Hilton, causing significant damage to the door and surrounding brickwork.
Just after 4am the same vehicle was used to smash through the glass entrance doors of a shopping centre on Rockingham Road in Hamilton Hill.
The crash dislodged an ATM which remained intact and no money was accessed.
The vehicle, a red Volkswagen Golf GTI, was left inside the shopping centre and the offenders fled on foot.
Police would like to speak to anyone who may have seen the vehicle driving in the Hilton and Hamilton Hill areas.
Detectives are investigating whether the robbery of a woman early this morning is linked.
At approximately 4:15am this morning a 30-year old woman was walking along Holmes Place in Hilton when at least two men approached her from behind and pushed her to the ground.
One of the offenders grabbed her handbag and rummaged through it before throwing it away.
The woman received cuts and bruises but did not require medical treatment.
The men are described as dark skinned, in their early 20s and with slim builds.
