An estimated ten thousand spectators made their way into Bunbury's CBD this morning to pay their respects at the Anzac Day Dawn Service.
The crowd began to gather well before 5am to be a part of the moving commemoration to past and present service people.
The Naval crew from HMAS Toowoomba marched alongside war veterans and their families from the RSL Hall to the Bunbury War Memorial to be part of the service.
HMAS Toowoomba Commander Stuart Watters acknowledged the sacrifice of many young Australians in past conflicts, and the continued work of current Defence Force personnel in the Middle East.
Overnight, the Australind Emergency Service Cadet Unit and South West Coastal Scouts guarded the cenotaph.
The Ode was read by RSL President John Gelmi, and recited in Maori by Father Kuzi Tuhura.

The Bunbury Men of Song performed the national anthems of New Zealand and Australia and a number of touching tributes including the song Band of Brothers.
The dawn service will be followed by a mid-morning march at 10.45am from the RSL Hall to the Graham Bricknell Music Shell for an 11am service.
The Royal Australian Air Force will conduct a flypast in support of Anzac Day services across WA, with planes expected to fly over Bunbury at approximately 11.45am.
