A body discovered in Kings Park on Monday night is believed to be that of Dino Hadzic who has not been seen since April 10 when he walked out of his CBD office around 9.30am.
The death is not being treated as suspicious.
The 32-year-old Claremont man's family had in the days after his disappearance issued a desperate plea for information into his whereabouts.
He was last seen walking west along St Georges Terrace after earlier catching the train to his work.
A police spokesman said the man found at Kings Park around 9.30pm Monday night was yet to be formally identified but that they believed it was Mr Hadzic.
His family has been notified.
