Police, Department of Fire and Emergency Services and St John Ambulance crews are all currently responding to a suspected gas leak at the V and V Walsh meat processing plant in Davenport, near Bunbury.
The Mail understands a carbon monoxide leak was reported just after 10am.
Staff have been evacuated from the scene of the leak and the Mail understands no one has been medically affected.
A DFES crew wearing breathing apparatus have entered the facility to investigate the source of the leak.
