The Department for Child Protection and Family Support is seeking assistance from the public to locate 16-year-old Cody Lowe.
Cody was last seen on in Bunbury on April 22.
Since then, the Department has had a number of telephone conversations with Cody, however has been unable to locate him.
The Department has also been working with police to locate him, and is now appealing for the public’s help.
Cody has hazel eyes and brown short hair, and was last seen wearing a leather jacket, grey tracksuit pants, beanie and Puma sneakers.
Anyone able to assist in locating Cody should contact Police immediately on 131 444, or if anyone has information on his whereabouts contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
