Treendale Pet Medical has been named as a finalist for the 2017 Telstra WA Business Awards.
The veterinary clinic is one of a number of metropolitan and regional businesses across the state to be named as one of 22 finalists in this year’s awards.
The Telstra WA Business Awards aim to promote organisations working to build a healthier and smarter future for the state with many successfully blending health and technology in their day to day workflows.
Celebrating 25 years in 2017, the Telstra Business Awards are the longest running program honouring the achievements of Australia’s best small and medium businesses and more recently, charities as well.
Telstra Business executive director Brendan Donohoe said this year’s finalists were demonstrating what it takes to become ‘that’ business – a leader in their field, a name that is trusted and admired and being an organisation that inspires others.
“Many of the WA finalists are great examples of innovators and early adopters who have used technology to help them gain an advantage in the market,” he said.
“They show how technology is fundamentally changing the way businesses operate today and delivering enormous benefits,” he said.
Winners of the 2017 Telstra Western Australia Business Awards will be announced on Friday, July 7 at Crown Perth.
State and Territory category winners will be flown to Sydney for the national judging on Thursday, August 24 ahead of a celebratroy dinner on Friday, August 25.
