Man from Australind killed in early morning Dardanup crash

A man in his 50's from Australind has died after a car crash in Dardanup on Sunday morning.

Bunbury Police have attended a fatal traffic crash which occurred on Boyanup-Picton Road near Dardanup on Sunday morning. 

Shortly after 6am, emergency services were advised of the crash near the intersection of Dillon Road involving a red Holden utility and a Lexus four wheel drive. 

The driver and single occupant of the red Commodore, a man in his 50’s from Australind, died at the scene. 

The driver and single occupant of the Lexus, a man in his 40’s from Australind, sustained head injuries and was flown to Royal Perth Hospital by the RAC Rescue helicopter. 

He is in a serious but stable condition.
