Eight people were killed and almost a dozen more injured.
On Wednesday night local time, the FBI released a poster on its "most wanted" list for Mukhammadzoir Kadirov, a 32-year-old Uzbek man, seeking information on the man "in relation to the deadly attack in the Tribeca neighbourhood of New York City".
