Bunbury Department of Fire and Emergency Services crews battled a shed fire in Leschenault this afternoon.
According to DFES, 10 crews – including Fire and Rescue Service, Bush Fire Brigade, and Volunteer Fire and Rescue Service units from across the Greater Bunbury region – fought the blaze on Rosamel Road near Marriott Road.
Crews were called to the fire around 1.39pm.
The blaze began as a grass fire before destroying the shed, causing an estimated $100,000 damage.
The fire was contained and brought under control around 3.30pm.
Shire of Harvey personnel also attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is still unknown.
