The daughter of a man missing from a southern Perth suburb is desperate for answers, with her dad not seen since before Christmas.
Phil Holmes was last seen on Christmas Eve in Mandurah.
Mr Holmes had been living in Furnissdale after moving to Western Australia just seven months ago.
His daughter, Aileen, has shared his photo on social media and is urging anyone with information of her father's whereabouts to call police.
"Dad has been missing since Christmas Eve," she said.
"He went out for a walk and didn't return, and I became concerned when he hadn't returned by Boxing Day and hadn't contacted me for Christmas."
Aileen, who lives in Queensland, said her dad was a heavy drinker, and had no transport or mobile phone.
"He was last paid last week, so it's doubtful he has any money to get anywhere," she said.
"This is very unusual behaviour.
"He normally calls 1-2 times a week and always calls for birthdays and Christmas.
"It's horrible living in a different state and not being able to look for him."
A report has been made to police, with anyone seeing Mr Holmes asked to contact police on 131 444.
