Richo and the Butchers is looking to reach new listeners and die-hard fans at this year’s Bunbury Fringe.
The group will deliver its fun, energetic style of live performing at the Rose Hotel on Friday, February 23 from 6.30pm.
Dave, the band’s lead singer and professional shaker player, is excited to return home.
“All of our songs are about Bunbury so it’s nice to actually play in our home town for a change,” he said.
“We just write about everyday stuff that people see in Bunbury – the places people go, the s**t people see, the stuff people talk about and characters around town.”
Guitarist Simo said the band got a kick out of touring and playing around Western Australia.
“It’s good being on the road, there’s four of us so it is like being on a boys’ weekend,” he said.
