Pop-punk-rock ensemble Unwritten Law is reflecting upon 20 extraordinary years of touring, performing and having a good time.
The group is set to interact with and perform for South West fans at the Prince of Wales Hotel in Bunbury on Sunday, February 18.
The tour sees the group travel across the country, performing in Bunbury ahead of its final two performances in Perth.
Veteran punk-rocker and Unwritten Law frontman Scott Russo said he and the band could not get enough of the tour lifestyle.
“I like playing music because that’s what I was put on this Earth to do, I like making people happy,” he said.
“We love travelling, playing music we created and sharing that experience with people who love it aswell.
“The cool thing about coming to Australia is that we’re travelling across the world to see people who are excited to see these songs, that’s the real draw for me.”
Considering Australia its second home, the band is celebrating 20 years since ‘The Black Album’ pushed them from Southern California and into mainstream success.
Coming out of Poway, California, the band is famous for carrying on the region’s brand of 1990s-era, high energy punk-rock.
The group promises to perform ‘Black Album’ hits such as Teenage Suicide, She Says and Celebration Song as well as a collection of tracks from the past two decades.
