A 33-year-old woman has been charged in relation to a serious crash in Glen Iris in July 2017.
The incident occurred on Dodson Road about 6.55am on July 26.
It is alleged the woman was driving a Holden Astra and failed to take a left bend, crossed the double white lines to the incorrect side of the carriageway and collided head on into a Subaru Forrester, travelling in the opposite direction.
The driver of each vehicle was taken to Bunbury Hospital, with the driver of the Subaru Forrester receiving serious injuries.
The Roelands woman has been charged with dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm whilst under the influence of drugs and driving under the influence of drugs.
She is due to appear in the Bunbury Magistrates Court on Monday 19 March 2018
