Musician Toni Swain is heading back to Western Australia for a tour of blues hits.
Swain will wow Bunbury audiences with her collection of blues-roots numbers to the Parade Hotel on Friday, March 23.
She and her band hit Bunbury after performing in Perth and Fremantle.
“This is the first tour we’ve made to WA...I grew up in the hills area and I always played in school bands and things,” the singer-songwriter said.
“Hopefully people who haven’t seen me before will check it out and like what they see and hear, and we’ll be able to come back again and again.”
Listening to her dad’s group – Swan City Jazz Band – when she was a kid, Swain has held her love of music ever since.
Since moving over east, the musician has gone on to produce three albums and three EPs.
The singer-songwriter’s latest album, Deepest Water, made a splash, hitting second spot on the Blues and Roots charts in 2016.
