After three years of touring sell-out houses around Australia, The Paris Underground Cabaret Encore will delight audiences when it comes to the Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre for two performances on Saturday, August 25.
The Paris Underground Cabaret Encore is a sequel to the popular production Paris Underground Cabaret which sold out at the venue back in 2016.
As a subversion of the classic French cabaret and variety show, the production brings together a diverse range of performers including magicians, dancers, singers, circus and burlesque artists.
Applauded by critics, the show features the magic of Julia Madotti and Richard Vegas – two of Australia’s most unique magicians – as well as the beauty and grace of aerialist, dancer and circus artist Hannah Trott.
The production also showcases the rare skill of tap-dance king Eden Read, the dangerously charming and risqué repartee of chanteuse Aurora Kurth, international dancer and burlesque artiste extraordinaire Mimi Le Noire, and the gravity defying talent of cirque specialist Tim Rutty.
As co-creator of the production, Vegas said Bunbury audiences will be thrilled, bewildered, and awed.
“Come and witness the delights of a magic spectacular and French burlesque, cabaret, and variety show,” he said.
“The singers, dancers, aerial artists and illusionists will seduce and intoxicate the audience with a Moulin Rouge style feast of magic, song, dance, burlesque, comedy, circus and cabaret.”
The Paris Underground Cabaret Encore plays for one night only, at 7pm and 8.30pm on the 25th.
Tickets for the production are available at bunburyentertainment.com, via phone on 1300 661 272, or in person at the Box Office.
