Contract Administrator - Tier 2 Builder

Your new company
We have partnered with an established tier 2 Commercial builder with over 200 staff in Victoria who deliver a vast range of commercial projects valued from $40m - $250m+. Due to a string of recent project wins, they are looking to bolster their project teams and bring on experienced CAs to work on up and coming projects.

Your new role
Projects include:

• $100m mixed use project in Docklands
• $75m Industrial projects in SE
• $150m Mixed use project in Abbotsford
• $120m Mixed use project in Docklands (Hotel)

Responsibilities:

• Working onsite with your Project Manager and Site Team.
• Responsible for the management and administration of all financial aspects of the project.
• Project claim assistance and external variations.
• Responsible for procurement, compiling and presenting accurate cost reports.
• Assist in progress claims for the client

What you'll need to succeed

• Ideally 3-5 years’ experience with a Tier 1 or 2 Builder based in Australia.
• Experience on Commercial projects in excess of $40M+.
• CA's from Tier 3 builders are also encouraged to apply.
• You must have a degree relevant to Construction.
• You will be self-motivated and enjoy working with a team who respect each other and enjoy an environment where the bar is high.
• A high level of communication and organisation must be demonstrated in this role.
