Full job description

Your new company
International copper business that has a big Nickel refinery down south WA. They operate long life mines in several countries and employ over 20k people world-wide.

Your new role
As a Permit Officer you will be responsible for the coordination and insurance of the correct isolation of the plant and application of permitting procedures minimising processing plant downtime by optimising isolation and permit procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in fixed plant mining operations
  • Previous experience in a similar role working with isolations
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Relevant trade certificate
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Knowledge of applicable Australian Standards
  • Knowledge of electrical isolation regulations
