Trade Representative Support

 To support our growing business, a great opportunity has arisen for a Trade Rep Support with a 'can do' attitude to join the Wonthaggi team. Working alongside the sales team, you will ideally have experience within a sales support environment. Product knowledge would be desirable but not essentional as we are happy to develop the right candidate.  

What you will be doing

• Safety being part of our everyday culture
• Processing sales orders, quotes & invoicing in an accurate, efficient & prompt manner
• Liaising with trade representatives and trade customers to provide excellent service
• Negotiate prices and quote using current price lists and guidelines
• Handle routine and specialist customer queries and complaints in a professional and helpful manner

About you:

• You will have sales administration experience
• Thrive off delivering positive outcomes for customers
• Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
