Join the Australian distributor of one of the world's leading sportswear fashion brands! Permanent full-time position based in Tullamarine Supportive and friendly team environment This leading distributor of sports clothing, footwear and apparel requires a Customer Service & Administration Officer to join its busy Tullamarine head office. The distributor of a well-known fashion brand, this growing business provides a supportive workplace environment for its team of dedicated staff. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced administrator with confident Excel skills and strong attention to detail. Duties Create and manage purchase orders (more than 100 purchase order numbers need to be allocated accurately). Liaise with product managers regarding orders and deliveries. Input and create customer orders and invoicing. Coordinate deliveries with third party warehouses and suppliers. Communicate professionally with the company's clients in the clothing retail industry. Skills & Experience Confident Excel skills including the ability to filter and sort data. High attention to detail. Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to efficiently adapt to new computer systems. Previous experience in a warehousing, logistics or imports industry business will be highly regarded. Culture Supportive and friendly team environment. Professional and fast-paced office environment.
