A MAN was slashed in the face with a 20cm knife in an alleged drug robbery in Carey Park overnight.
Police allege two men entered a home on Hands Avenue home about 1.30am today and demanded drugs.
A 20-year-old Glen Iris man was allegedly punched, head butted and his face slashed with a knife by the intruders.
The man was taken to Bunbury Regional Hospital and received stitches for his injury.
It is unknown if the three other people in the home were injured during the burglary.
The two offenders then stole two laptops and cash from the home. Police believe the offenders did not take any drugs from the home.
A 30-year-old man from Collie was arrested.
He has been charged with aggravated burglary, aggravated armed robbery and unlawful wounding.
He will appear in Bunbury Magistrates Court today.
South West Detectives are conducting further investigations into the robbery and assault.
